Priyanka began her yoga journey 10 years ago at a Power Yoga studio in Santa Monica. Barely able to touch her toes at the time, she was fascinated by the inspiring yogis around her. The energy of the community she felt that evening stayed with her for days after. She began taking classes once a week and gradually began to build strength in her body. For years Yoga remained a physical practice until she began to dig deeper into the world of mindfulness and meditation. To keep her curiosity alive and dig deeper in the world of Yoga, she embarked on her teacher training journey in 2016 and received her 200-hour certification through Corepower Yoga. Priyanka is also a Pilates instructor and leads group reformer classes in the Conejo Valley. Priyanka teaches Vinyasa based flow classes for beginners and advanced students. Her classes are created to challenge the body physically and empower the mind emotionally. All levels (including beginners!) are welcome to her class as she pays close attention to form and makes sure every yogi in the class is taken care of. She looks forward to having you in class!
